This is the second in the Brother Instant Afghan Series. Brother Instant Afghan Book 2 contains complete step-by-step instructions for three different techniques of double jacquard using the Brother standard gauge machine with ribber and color changer. If you have been thinking of trying double jacquard, this would be a great way to start. All you need to do is follow the step by step instructions which will guide you to a successful completion. We recommend that you make sure that the ribber is correctly positioned for double jacquard and the color changer is correctly installed. If you haven't been successful in the past, this is probably the problem. These patterns use 3-ply knitting machine yarn to make afghans that are approximately 50" x 65" or smaller depending on the double jacquard technique being used. Patterns in DAK format are included on a CD.
