The Chibi is actually the little container that holds the bent tip needles. But everyone calls the needle a chibi needle. This is the greatest sewing up needle ever for knitting and crochet work. There is a flat side that keeps the yarn from twisting to tightly (forming worms) or too loosely (coming apart to shreds). The jumbo size is just right for hand work. It has a blut tip that is just like a knitting needle tip so it won't split the yarn. Once you have one, you will never use anything else. Two needles come with the holder.
