Our Yo Yo Elephant Pattern from Indygo Junction is a new rendition of a traditional toy you may remember from your childhood. You will need the extra-large and large size yo-yo makers (see link). The yo yo makers give you a perfect finish every time, are very easy to use, and are very quick to make. This is a great item to make "in the car". The head, feet, hands and tail are stuffed with scraps of fibre fill. This is great way to use up small quilting scraps. You can even make a quilt using the yo yo makers. The yo yo elephant is about 12" tall.

 

Also included with this pattern is a regular style stuffed elephant pattern. This cute little guy is about 10" long. He has an optional yo-yo saddle/pin cushion accessory. Just cut out the pattern shapes, sew it together and stuff with fiber fill.
