This cable works on ANY knitting machine, even the plastic bed machines like the LK-150, KX-350, KH-400 and passap Vario, etc. Connect the cable to you PC. The other end is velcro'd to the main bed. The magnet (provided) is attached to the carriage. The cable senses the magnet as it passes by on the carriage and forwards the pattern in DesignaKnit by one row. This cable is the key to making a simple knitting machine very sophisticated. If you have a number of knitting machines, purchase a supply of self-adhesive velcro and stick it on your machines. When you switch machines, just switch the cable and magnet over to the new machine. Easy.
